POSITION: Technical Support Associate -Voice Process
Eligibility criteria:
B. Tech ( any branch-any specialization- 2012 &2013 pass outs only )
PG ( any course- any branch- 2012 &2013 pass outs only )
Work Location: Hyderabad
Interview process:
1st round - Personal introduction
· 2nd round - Voice & Accent
· 3rd round - Technical test
· 4th round - Typing test
· 5th round - Operations Round
· 6th round - HR Round
Note : We need to have one face to face discussion before the results are announced.
Documentation and Joining:
· Shortlisted candidates would be given LOI on the same day.
· Candidates need to report to SATYAM at 9Am on Monday with the documents mentioned below (Photocopies) for Documentation and Expectation setting exercise.
· All Educational certificates -10th, 12th & Graduation (if app.)
· Address proof – Utility bills like Electricity, Telephone bills or Driving license
· ID proof - Pan card or Voter ID or Ration card or Birth certificate
· Passport color photographs - 8
· Candidates need to report on Monday at 9m for joining. Deferred dates will not be encouraged. For experiences candidates, they need to submit acceptance of resignation or relieving letter of last company. Acceptance could be an Official Email trail mail or letter head mentioning DOJ, LWD and EMP ID.
